Kalamunda is a charming widebeam cruiser built in 1992 by T T Marine Ltd, offering an impressive 56ft by 10ft 6” of living space. With a large open-plan galley and saloon, plus the added benefit of a wheelhouse, she combines comfort, practicality, and character—making her an ideal choice for life afloat.

Powered by a Ford D engine with Borg Warner gearbox, she is well equipped for cruising, supported by a sturdy 10/6/4 steel hull with a shallow V bottom. The interior is fitted with solid wood flooring and tongue-and-groove cabin sides, spray foam insulation, and large sliding windows that fill the boat with natural light.

The galley features solid wood worktops, with space for appliances and plenty of room for entertaining. Accommodation is generous, with a fixed king-size bed providing comfort and a restful retreat. The bathroom includes a shower, vanity basin, and pump-out toilet, all designed for everyday convenience.

Heating and hot water are provided by a Paloma gas boiler and a multi-fuel stove, ensuring cosy living through every season. Her electrical setup includes one starter and four leisure batteries, along with three 200w solar panels and two smaller panels for extra efficiency.

Blacked in November 2023 with a 2pac and carrying a Boat Safety Certificate valid until October 2026, Kalamunda has been well maintained and is ready for new adventures.

Who fitted the boat out and what type of materials were used (Hard wood or MDF etc) What equipment does the boat have (Bow thruster, generator, inverters etc) These are just a few of the many factors that equate to the correct value of a boat.

When you buy a boat from us you pay all monies in to our company clients trust account which means that the buyers and sellers money is protected. This is the same account that solicitors set up for house sales .This money does not belong to the company it belongs to the buyer until the sale is complete and then we pay the seller from the company clients trust account. We cannot release the money from the Clients Trust Account to the seller until the vessel has been accepted and handed over to the buyer because if there was a fault with the vessel and the buyer refused to accept it and wanted their money back we could not do this because the seller would of already had the money. This could become a very costly and messy problem for all parties.

This money never enters our company current account. This also means that we cannot use customers money for other purchases/reasons. If at any point the company went bust then the buyers/sellers money is safe and it would go back to the rightful owner of the money.

We have had this company clients trust account set up from day one to protect our customers money. This account is a secure holding account. We pay the seller monies due from this account when the buyer has signed to accept the vessel. Payment is made from this account to the seller by cheque from the clients Trust Account which is protected guaranteed funds.
