Origin Yachts are pleased to present “Hector”, a 2010 Sealine SC35, a stylish and innovative sports cruiser, combining performance, practicality, and comfort in equal measure. Known for her sleek lines and versatile design, the SC35 is ideal for both day cruising and extended stays onboard.
Powered by twin Volvo Penta D4-260 diesel engines (260HP each), she delivers strong and efficient performance, cruising comfortably in the mid-to-high 20 knot range with top speeds of approximately 35 knots. The engines have circa 1,800+ hours and benefit from a full service history, reflecting the care and maintenance this vessel has received.
“Hector” has been well enjoyed and extensively cruised throughout the UK and Europe, demonstrating her capability as a comfortable and reliable cruiser. Fitted with onboard heating, she is perfectly suited for extended cruising in a variety of climates, allowing for enjoyable use all year round.
The cockpit is a standout feature, benefitting from a manual sliding roof, allowing you to enjoy open or enclosed boating with ease. Designed for entertaining, she features a well-equipped wet bar complete with cockpit fridge and BBQ, making her an excellent social platform for hosting family and friends. The layout is spacious and sociable, with ample seating and a well-designed helm position.
Handling is made effortless thanks to Side-Power bow and stern thrusters, offering excellent manoeuvrability and confidence when docking in tight spaces.
Equipped with a Paguro 3000 generator, she provides onboard power for extended time at anchor. Navigation is exceptionally well specified, featuring a large Raymarine touchscreen plotter with AIS, alongside Raymarine speed, depth, and autopilot, ensuring confident and safe passage making. Engine room cameras are also fitted, providing added visibility and peace of mind underway.
Below deck, “Hector” offers a bright and modern interior, featuring a two-cabin layout, a fully equipped galley, and a comfortable saloon. The galley includes a two-burner gas hob, stainless steel sink with draining board, and gas oven, complemented by ample storage throughout the boat, making her ideal for extended stays onboard.
Additionally, she is equipped with a Seago 4-man liferaft (service due 2028), enhancing safety for offshore cruising. The hull has also been copper coated, providing long-term antifouling protection and reduced maintenance costs. A fuel polishing system is fitted, helping to maintain clean fuel and protect engine performance—an excellent feature for long-distance cruising.
