Kanuhura is an exceptional Dutch Barge, in both attention to detail and the quality of the fit and finish. Built to be used on the continent, she is very well equipped including air conditioning, generator, Vetus hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, hydraulic lowering wheelhouse roof and the essential wine cooler.


When first boarding Kanuhura the attention to detail is immediately evident with the canopy that covers the stern deck, making an ideal space for alfresco dining, or enjoying glass of something fizzy, with friends or family at the end of a long days cursing. The wheel house, which enjoys double glazed windows, has comfortable seating that converts into a double berth and has the boats wheel and control panel, including the controls for the bow and stern thrusters.


Entering the main cabin the galley and saloon are open plan and is a light an airy space thanks to the large sky lantern. The galley benefits from granite work tops, an undermounted sink, large oven with 5 burner hob, fridge and dishwasher. The boats AEG washer dryer and freezer are housed in the separate utility room. The saloon benefits from two sofas, one of which is housed in an alcove that can be closed off with bifold wooden doors, with privacy glass, to make it a fully private second bedroom. The television cabinet has doors so the television can be closed off from the room.


The companion way enjoys generous storage in cabinets and drawers. The quality of the fit out is shown in the beautifully detailed drawer front dovetail joints. The main wet room features a waterfall type shower head, pump-out toilet and solid wood vanity unit with contemporary side by side wash basins.


Moving forward, the ensuite master bedroom is in the bow of the boat. The room benefits from a generous storage and has another great design feature. The underside of one section of the counter tops has a mirror finish and a sectional drawer underneath for make up. The ensuite wet room has a shower, wash basin and second pump-out toilet.
